Error messages or reject codes with (Business) Euro Direct Debit
Use the reject code to determine whether you can resubmit the direct debit order. Reject codes, or error messages, are also referred to as reason codes or R-messages.
Do not print this information: it is updated at regular intervals.
Note: Rabobank charges a fee for the reversal of collection orders. For this reason you are recommended to work through the steps in the manual carefully to avoid unnecessary reversals.
Update: When the error message permits the resubmission of a direct debit order then you can always begin by resubmitting a rejected first (Business) Euro Direct Debit.
