Log out of Rabo Online Banking
You have finished your banking business and want to close Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App. There is only one secure way to do this: log out. This will prevent others from being able to access your accounts.
How to log out
Click on ‘Log out’ at the top right of your screen to close Rabo Internet Banking. You will now be logged out, so no one else can access your accounts.
To log out of the Rabo App, click on the ‘Log out’ button at the top left in your ‘Overview’. The app will automatically log you out after 1 minute if you are not using it.
Automatically logged out after 30 minutes
When you haven’t used Rabo Online Banking for more than 30 minutes, the system will log you out automatically. Please note: if you click on the ‘x’ of your browser screen or go to another website, you will not be logged out. Always click on the ‘Log out’ button before you start doing something else.
This ensures no one else can access your accounts
Make it a habit to log out. This is especially important if you are banking in a public place, or if someone else has access to the same device on which you have just arranged your banking matters. This ensures no one else can access your accounts.
