Initiatives for Customers and Members
Impact Loan for Frontrunners
Businesses leading the way in sustainability are proven frontrunners in their industry can apply for our Impact Loan. The European Investment Bank (EIB) has so far made more than EUR 2 billion available for this purpose. This enabled us to support over 1,000 entrepreneurs that hold approved sustainability certifications in taking further steps to greener production processes and future-proof business models.

National Coalition for Financial Health
The Social Debt Collection Framework focuses on early support and personalized solutions, to help households regain control and build lasting financial resilience.

Scaling advanced Recycling Capacity
Tetra Pak partnered with Yellow Dreams to expand recycling infrastructure for beverage cartons. DLL's financing structures and EIB-eligible solutions provide the financial innovation needed to support this effort.

Giving enriches Lives
Rabobank Philanthropy Advice helps people who wish to make significant donations create a giving plan that matches their interests and values, ensuring their contribution goes where it matters most to them.

Initiatives for Communities
Energy-efficient Homes for middle-income households
Rabobank is investing a total of one billion euros through BPD Housing Fund in the purchase and construction of 2,750 mid-range rental homes in the Brainport region.

Providing access to finance for entrepreneurs in Zambia
Rabo Partnerships and Zanaco Bank renewed their partnership to provide access to financial solutions for businesses in Zambia. Through financing, capacity building and training, the collaboration supports entrepreneurs in building more resilient businesses and a stronger local financial sector.

NoWa: circular Jewelry with a story
NoWa creates jewelry from gold and silver extracted from old mobile phones. Circularly and socially produced, the products let the true value of ‘e-waste’ shine. NoWa receives support from Rabo Foundation to continue growing.

Investing in a strong business for the long term
The Nixon family takes a holistic approach to farming, focusing on soil health and the natural resources their farm depends on to strengthen their business for the long term. By investing in environmentally friendly agricultural practices, they are building a resilient farm for future generations. Rabobank provides them with seasonal financing and serves as a strategic partner who thinks along with them for the long term.

Initiatives for Society
Enabling deforestation-free soy farming
Rabobank participates in the Responsible Commodities Facility (RCF). This program supports Brazilian soy farmers committed to deforestation-free production, helping to protect the Cerrado ecosystem. Through financing and collaboration with partners, the program enables farmers to continue their businesses and comply with anti-deforestation regulations.

Accelerating Europe’s energy transition
Through their joint venture GATE, DLL and Iveco Group amplify access to sustainable mobility in Europe via rental solutions for low- to zero-emission vehicles.

Investing in a future without pediatric cancer
The Princess Máxima Center is Europe's largest pediatric oncology center and a global leader in patient care and research. Over three years, Rabobank is supporting the Princess Máxima Center Foundation with large donations to enable the construction of a new 5,000m2 innovation wing. Thanks to partners like Rabobank, the center can maintain its leading global position and further strengthen its innovative capacity.

Black Jaguar Foundation restores biodiversity in Brazil
The Araguaia Biodiversity Corridor connects the Amazon rainforest and Cerrado savanna across central Brazil. With support from Rabobank, the Black Jaguar Foundation wants to restore 10.7 million acres, creating an extended wildlife corridor, combating climate change, and strengthening local livelihoods.

A resilient future for farmers
Rabobank, Nestlé and Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods joined forces to support dairy farmers. The Tomorrow’s Dairy programme strengthens farmers’ business models and provides access to attractive financing conditions.
