You can receive different types of messages from us. We explain where you can find this information and what these messages are about.
View Messages, Documents, and Outstanding Items
Your “Secure inbox” is a digital mailbox in Rabo Online Banking and the Rabo App. It contains confidential documents such as contracts or your insurance certificate, personal messages, and general notifications.
To view your “Secure inbox”, first log into Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App and then click on the envelope at the top right of your screen.
Under “Documents”, you will find confidential information such as a monthly statement of your credit card transactions, your All in One Policy insurance, and your Annual Financial Statement.
To view your “Documents”, first log into Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App, go to “Settings”, and then select “Documents”.
Are there any outstanding items? You will see this immediately after logging into Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App. What if there are no outstanding items or the outstanding items have been dealt with? They will disappear from your overview, and you will no longer see the screen when you log in. Under “Outstanding Items”, you will find a list of actions that have not yet been dealt with.
