With the QR code scanner, you no longer need your debit card. Many receipts now feature a QR code. You can find the QR code scanner in the Rabo App.
How to use the QR code scanner

Open the Rabo App

Select the QR icon in the top left of the login screen

Scan the QR code on your computer screen using your Rabo App

Select the account number from which you want to make the payment

Confirm the payment in your Rabo App
Secure banking with the QR code scanner
The QR code scanner uses the camera on your phone or tablet. It is safe to use the camera in the Rabo App. Always check whether the payment information is correct. If something doesn’t feel right, do not proceed with payment and contact us.
