How to set up your notifications

Are you logged into online banking on your computer? Then you can only set up notifications via email.
All notifications in one place
Do you want to set your push notifications on your mobile phone? First turn on the slider for Push message on this device. In online banking or the Rabo App, the most important notifications are shown under Recommended. These notifications help you stay informed about what happens on your account.
You can set a push notification or email for the following situations:
| Smart transfers | You receive a message about your smart transfers, for example when a transfer could not be completed. |
| Balance lower than € <amount> | You receive a message when the balance on your account drops below a set amount. You choose the amount that triggers the notification. |
| Balance higher than € <amount> | You receive a message when the balance on your account goes above a set amount. You choose the amount that triggers the notification. |
| Budgets | You receive a message when you go over your set budget. |
| Incoming payment | You receive a message when money is added to your account. |
| Outgoing payment | You receive a message when money is taken from your account. |
| Not enough balance after a direct debit | You receive a message when you do not have enough money on your account after a direct debit. You then have four working days to add money. If you do not add money in time, the direct debit is reversed. |
| First direct debit | You receive a message when a company makes a direct debit for the first time. |
| Declined payment | You receive a message when your payment request is declined. This may be because the details were entered incorrectly. |
| Delayed payment | You receive a message when your payment is delayed. This may be because your balance is too low. |
You can only set push notifications in the Rabo App for the following situations:
| Payment request paid | You receive a message when a payment request has been paid. |
| Payment request not paid | You receive a message when a payment request has not been paid after four days. |
