Open a Rabo Basic Package as a new customer
Go to an app store and search for ‘Rabobank’.
Click on ‘Apply for a payment account' and select the person you are opening the account for.
You’ll need a valid passport or identity card for this. You can’t use a driver’s license.
Your debit card, PIN code and Rabo Scanner will be delivered to your home within three to five working days.
You now have everything you need to start using your new payment account!
