Cancel Rabo Online Banking completely

Want to cancel Rabo Online Banking and only use paper bank statements, bank transfer forms or giro collection cards? Please call your local Rabobank branch or drop by, bringing a valid proof of identity with you, such as your passport.

We will cancel Rabo Online Banking for you, which means you can no longer bank online or via the app. If you cancel Rabo Online Banking, your payment account will change. You will receive an initial contract for this purpose.

Cancel Rabo Online Banking on one or more devices

When you do not want to use Rabo Online Banking on your phone or laptop, delete the registration for the device or devices concerned. If you do not want to use the Rabo App on your mobile phone for banking, delete the app from your phone.

Log in to Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App

Go to 'Settings' > Access, security and privacy > List of devices > Registered devices

Select the device you want to delete

Choose 'Delete' to complete the step
