Sign documents digitally

We show you how to securely sign important documents such as a direct debit authorization or documents for a loan or insurance digitally with iDIN.

iDIN: your bank details as your signature

With iDIN, you log in secure with organizations such as insurers. You use the login method of your own bank. At Rabobank, this is the Rabo Scanner or the Rabo App. This way, the organization knows for sure who you are.

You can also use iDIN to sign documents digitally. It works in a similar way to iDEAL l Wero. By signing with iDIN, you confirm that you agree with the documents.

Forward the request for signature

When you sign a document, you will sometimes be asked if you are signing the document yourself or if someone else has to sign or co-sign it. In the latter case, you will have to add one or more signatories. You do this by selecting ‘Add Signers’. To forward a request, you will need the mobile phone number and email address of each signatory.

Tips

Enter the telephone number without the 0 of 06, so the number will start with + 31 6. Do not use a business debit card. You can only sign with a private card. You will see checkmarks beside the documents that are ready to be signed. In some cases, you may still have to fill in certain details. If so, you will see ‘This document contains form fields’ at the top of the screen.
