How to use the Rabo Scanner

You can use the Rabo Scanner to log into Rabo Internet Banking, make transfers and pay online. Scan the color code to login or confirm.

If the color code has expired, simply click on the arrow symbol on the color code and a new code will appear.

Logging in and signing using the Rabo Scanner

Click on 'Log into Rabo Internet Banking' below
Enter your account number and card number
Insert your card in the Rabo Scanner
Enter your PIN and click on ‘OK’
Scan the square color block
Enter the code on the login page
You will see the code on the screen of the Rabo Scanner
Select ‘Log in’

The Rabo Scanner works best at a distance of 15-20 cm from your monitor.

The Rabo Scanner can be used anywhere in the world, and not just in the Netherlands.

The Rabo Scanner comes with 3 Philips Power Alkaline AAA batteries and indicates when they need to be replaced.

Separate device

The Rabo Scanner has been tested extensively. It is a separate device that is not connected to the internet. Only Rabobank debit cards can be used in the Rabo Scanner.

Secure environment

Check the address bar of your internet browser to make sure you are in Rabobank’s secure environment. You should be able to see a padlock symbol in the address bar and the URL should start with https://. If you have any suspicions, please contact us.

Cybercrime

Some people have received spoof emails (phishing emails) about the Rabo Scanner. Do not respond to these emails. Rabobank will not send you any emails about the Rabo Scanner.
