Banking without a Rabo Scanner
Prefer not to use a scanner? In the app, go to Settings > Access, security and privacy and select ‘Banking without a Rabo Scanner’. You can then activate the app using your ID.
Request a scanner via chat
Once your Rabo Scanner no longer works, it may need new batteries. Replace the batteries and see if this solves the problem. Is your scanner still not working? Maybe you can borrow one from family or friends. Especially if you don’t use it often.
If nobody you know has a Rabo Scanner or you need a scanner often, you can request a new one via our chat. The first time, we will replace the broken Rabo Scanner for free. If your scanner breaks down again in the same year, You will have to pay €19.95 for a new one.
Help recycle the Rabo Scanner
Don’t throw away your broken Rabo Scanner. Take it to the recycling box at a Rabobank near you. Or send it back free of charge with the return envelope you receive with your new Rabo Scanner. You can also send the scanner in a regular envelope to:
