Stefaan Decraene, Chair of the Managing Board, has been reappointed for a new term of four years, effective January 1, 2026. By confirming this reappointment a year prior to the expiration of his current term, the Supervisory Board underscores the significant value of his leadership and the importance of securing his continued commitment to Rabobank for the long term. The Supervisory Board’s decision is based on the excellent results achieved under his leadership, which have been realized in part through a more results-driven and customer-centric culture. Rabobank’s Works Council has issued a positive advice on this reappointment.
Since joining the Managing Board in 2023, Stefaan Decraene has played a pivotal role in further strengthening the bank, with particular attention to the cooperative model. He has reinforced the internal organization and placed customer focus at the forefront of operations.
