Identifying in the Rabo App
As a bank, we are obliged to verify your identity. You must therefore always identify yourself with a valid proof of identity if you want to open a payment account, for example. You can easily do this online with the Rabo App, so you no longer have to go to a branch.

Follow the steps in the app
Fill in some personal details and answer the additional questions.

Identify yourself
Grab your ID. We will scan your ID and face so that we know for sure that it is you.

Identification successful?
All done! You have successfully completed all the steps. As soon as we have received your details in good order and have verified them, we will send you confirmation.
