Call via a QR code
To use the QR code, the Rabo app must be installed on your phone. You can scan a QR code in different ways, depending on which apps your phone supports. Follow the steps below:
1. Open the app you want to scan with
Use the standard camera app or QR scanner on your phone.
2. Point the camera at the QR code
Make sure the QR code is fully visible in the image.
3. Tap the notification that appears
This will open the deeplink to proceed.
4. Confirm that you want to open the link in the Rabo App
5. Start your conversation in the app

You can call us on 088 722 66 00. For general questions, we are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. In case of an emergency, you can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also call us on Saturdays to take out general insurance.
