Not completely happy with your payment package after all? Or has your situation changed, making another package a better fit? No problem. You can easily switch your current package to another payment package. Your account number stays the same.

How to change your payment account

Go to the Rabo App
Click the orange button to get started or open the Rabo App. Go to Settings > Payment accounts > Change payment account.

Choose the payment account you want to change
In the overview, you’ll see all your payment accounts. Select the payment account you want to change.

Choose your new payment account
Have you decided on another payment account? Select the package you want to switch to.

Confirm your application
Check and sign your application. Once your application has been approved, you’ll see your new payment account in the Rabo App within 24 hours.
