Are you moving or have you already moved? Notify us of your new address online.

Before changing your address

    You do not need a Rabo Scanner to change your address. You can use your five-digit code to confirm the new details. We will process your move on the date on which you notify us. You can select today’s date or a date in the future. You will find your new address under Settings > Personal details > Contact details. When changing your address, also indicate whether your partner and children under the age of 18 are moving with you. Children living at home with you who are 18 years of age or older can notify us of a change of address online themselves. Has your new address already been processed by us, but your move is not taking place? Please contact us.

Arrange other banking matters when moving house

Are you moving in with someone, into student accommodation or separating from your partner? Or are you moving abroad? Whatever the reason for your move, think of arranging other banking matters and insurance in addition to notifying us of your new address.

Insurance

When we process your change of address, we always check whether you have any insurance policies. You will receive a message online in your Secure Inbox asking you to change them if necessary. If you haven’t done so within 28 days, we will contact you.
