Activating a credit card without Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App

If you do not want to use Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App, please contact us to activate your credit card.

If you do want to use Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App, request Rabo Internet Banking.

New PIN

Whether or not you will receive a new PIN depends on the reason why your credit card is being replaced.

    If your old credit card is defective or has expired.
    You will not receive a new PIN with your new credit card.
    If your old credit card has been lost or stolen.
    You will receive your new credit card and a new PIN. These will be sent separately.

Changing your current PIN

If your PIN is not ideal, or you want a new one for another reason, change your PIN at a Geldmaat ATM. Enter your current PIN and select the menu item “Change PIN”.
