Unblock your credit card
Is your RaboCard or Rabo GoldCard not working? It is possible we have blocked your credit card. For example, after three incorrect PIN attempts. This helps protect your card from fraud by others.
Unblock your credit card yourself
Did you temporarily block your credit card and find it again? Unblock it in Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App and you can use it again right away. Only do this if you are sure no one else has access to your card details.
Where did you enter an incorrect PIN?
Did you enter the wrong PIN for your credit card 3 times in the Rabo Scanner?
Go to a Geldmaat ATM to unblock your credit card. This can also be done at most other ATMs in the Netherlands and Europe, and at an increasing number of ATMs outside Europe.
Select “Change PIN” to unblock your credit card. You can choose to keep the same PIN.
You can also unblock your card by withdrawing cash with your credit card (please note that withdrawal fees may apply).
If you still remember your PIN, you can use your credit card right away. Have you forgotten it? Then request a new PIN.
Cannot unblock your credit card abroad? Wait until you are back in the Netherlands and unblock it at a Geldmaat ATM.
Did you enter an incorrect PIN three times at a POS terminal?
- Go to a Geldmaat ATM to unblock your credit card. This can also be done at most other ATMs in the Netherlands and Europe, and at an increasing number of ATMs outside Europe.
- Select “Change PIN” to unblock your credit card. You can choose to keep the same PIN.
- You can also unblock your card by withdrawing cash with your credit card (please note that withdrawal fees may apply).
- If you still remember your PIN, you can use your credit card right away. Have you forgotten it? Then request a new PIN.
Cannot unblock your credit card abroad? Wait until you’re back in the Netherlands and unblock it at a Geldmaat ATM.
Forgot your PIN? Request it again
It can happen, you may have forgotten your PIN. Request your PIN online free of charge. For security reasons, it will be sent to you by mail.
