Start banking in 3 steps
Step 1: You receive your debit card and PIN code
You will receive your debit card, PIN code and Rabo Scanner* within 3 working days. They are sent separately for security reasons. What if they are all delivered on the same day? Don’t worry, they are secure because you first have to activate them. Your account number is displayed on your new debit card. Didn’t receive anything?

Step 2: Activate your new debit card and PIN code
Your new debit card or credit card has not yet been activated for security reasons. You can easily do this online using the Rabo Scanner. You do not need to activate your Rabo Scanner first. It’s ready for use.
Step 3: Get started with the Rabo App
Have you activated your debit card? Use the Rabo App just like five million other customers. Manage your banking matters easily and securely on your smartphone or tablet. The Rabo App gives you direct access to all your Rabobank products, additional insight into your money and immediate answers to all your questions.
Switch completely with the Switching Service
All sorted? Congratulations! You can start using your new payment account and the Rabo App. To make things a little easier, we use the Switching Service to ensure that direct debits from your old payment account are automatically transferred to your new payment account. Applying online is simple.
