See how much interest you earn
The interest rate is variable. This means it can go up or down at any time. It can also become negative. In that case, you pay interest. The interest rate depends on the amount of savings you have. We divide your savings into tiers. Each tier may have a different interest rate.
Please note: these tiers and interest rates apply from October 15, 2025, and may change.
Example: If you have €125,000 in savings, you earn:

We calculate interest up to December 31. In January, we credit this interest to your account. This is the interest you earned in the previous year. You also receive it in January if you already withdrew your savings earlier.
If you want to withdraw money, you must plan this at least 90 days in advance. During these 90 days, the money stays in your savings account. We call this the notice period. This usually gives you a higher interest rate than, for example, a Rabo Savings Account. Your money also stays safely behind a time slot.
You cannot access this money right away. Make sure you keep a buffer (Dutch) in a savings account where you can access your money directly.
You can easily plan a withdrawal in the Rabo App or Rabo Online Banking. On the selected date, we automatically transfer the money to the account you choose.
During the 90-day notice period, the amount you want to withdraw stays in your savings account. Keep the following in mind:
