Key features of the Rabo Direct Package
Debit card
You receive a free debit card with every Rabobank payment package. You can use this card for card reader transactions and contactless payments. If you want an additional debit card, you can obtain one for a small monthly fee.
You can use your Rabobank debit card to make payments almost everywhere in the world and withdraw cash in foreign currency.
Contactless payments
Contactless payments are quick, easy and secure. You don’t need to enter a PIN code or insert a debit card into a card reader. Rabobank debit cards automatically come with the contactless payment option. You don’t need to do anything else. You can also choose from multiple contactless payment options, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. How would you like to pay?
Manage your banking needs wherever and whenever you want, using the Rabo App or Rabo Online Banking. Receive an immediate alert when your salary or vacation pay arrives or if you unintentionally become overdrawn. You choose how you receive Rabo Alerts: by email and/or in the Rabo App. Use the fixed outgoings overview to gain insight into how you spend your money and discover whether further savings are possible, and view your subscriptions. If you lend someone money, send a payment request asking them to repay you. These are just some of the app’s features.
If you have a new payment account with Rabobank and you use the free switching service, your existing direct debit payments are automatically collected from your new payment account. The service is convenient and quick to set up online.
