When you want to change your 5-digit access code or have forgotten it, create a new code online.
Create a new 5-digit access code

You no longer know your code
This is how you change your code.
- Click on “Change your access code” below
- Choose a new code and enter it twice
- Confirm this
This is how you create a new code.
- You will need the following
- app was previously activated with your ID card: you will need your ID card
- app was previously activated with Rabo Scanner or QR code: you will need your debit card and scanner - Open the Rabo App
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right of the app
- Select “Forgotten access code”
- And follow the steps
Change your Rabofoon access code
You cannot change your Rabofoon access code yourself. To do this, call Rabofoon or contact us.
