You can easily and securely activate the Rabo App on your device with your ID document. The app can also be used on a second or additional device.

Banking with the app

You always log in using your 5-digit access code, fingerprint or facial recognition.

You always sign payment orders using your 5-digit access code, fingerprint or facial recognition.

Want to use PC banking?

You log in and sign payment orders by scanning the QR code on your computer screen using the app.

You can also log in using your 5-digit access code. You must first register your browser.

Forgot your 5-digit code? To create a new access code, you need your ID document again

Frequently asked questions

For security purposes, delete the device registration for the device. Do this on another mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You will need your debit card and Rabo Scanner to log in.

Click the ‘Delete a device registration’ link below
Go to ‘Settings’
Under ‘Access, Security, and Privacy’, select ‘List of Devices'
Select your device registration and choose ‘Delete’
