Correspondent bank fees

If you transfer an amount in euros to this country and you select the cost option SHA or BEN, the correspondent bank will deduct EUR 3.50 in processing fees from the transaction amount if that amount exceeds EUR 250. For transactions exceeding EUR 2,500, these fees are EUR 10.50.

Payees might also be charged fees by their bank. If you want to be sure that the payee will receive a specific amount, select the OUR cost option. You will then pay all the fees. The payee will then receive the full amount you transfer.

You must include the following details in your payment order to ensure your international transfer can be properly processed:

A valid BIC/SWIFT for the bank of the person to whom you are transferring the money (the payee).

Full details of the payee (including account number, name and address).
