Money left behind in ATM

Did you become distracted when withdrawing cash and forget to take your money from the ATM? This page explains what you need to do.

ATM retracts left banknotes

If you forget to take your money from a Geldmaat ATM, the machine will automatically retract the banknotes. Use Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App to check whether the money has been debited from your account. Next, contact us and tell us:

    the address of the ATM the date and time of your cash withdrawal the amount you withdrew
