Why has my debit card been swallowed?

There are several reasons why an ATM might swallow your debit card:

To avoid any risk we retain your debit card. This is the safe thing to do, but it is not very convenient for you. If your debit card is swallowed, request a new debit card in the Rabo App or Rabo Online Banking.
