Block a debit card
If you lose your debit card, make sure you block it as soon as possible.
How to block your debit card
If you can you still log into internet banking or the app without using the Rabo Scanner, then follow the steps below. If you cannot, please contact us.
- Click 'Block your debit card' below
- Move the slider to the left
This will change 'Debit card is active' to 'Debit card is blocked'. Your card will be blocked immediately, and will remain blocked for as long as you decide.
Unblock a debit card
If you have found your debit card after you blocked it, you can unblock it by following the same process. In this case, you need to move the slider to the right.
Request a new debit card
If your debit card has been stolen or you are sure you have lost it, you need to request a new debit card. We will then immediately block your lost or stolen debit card for you.
Tip!
If you have requested a new debit card and you find your old card, you cannot unblock your old card. You will have to wait until your new debit card arrives.
