If you can log in with your 5-digit code, QR code, or facial or fingerprint recognition, follow the steps below. If you cannot log in, contact us.
How to request a new debit card
- Click on “Request new debit card” below
- Choose the card you would like to replace, choose the reason (lost, stolen or broken)
- Click 'Next'
- You will receive your new debit card within 3 to 5 business days
The cost is €4.95. Your PIN stays the same.
Add your newly requested debit card to Apple Pay or Google Pay
Have you requested a new debit card? Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay right away and start paying immediately without having to wait for your card to arrive.
Lost your debit card? Temporarily block it
Have you misplaced your debit card and expect to find it again? Temporarily block your card. Once you have found it, you can unblock it and continue using it.
Our debit cards have been updated
Your debit card may look different, now featuring a Mastercard or Visa logo, and offering more possibilities.
