Fees for an additional debit card
The fees you pay depend on your package.
If you are not sure which package you have, check your 'Overview' in Rabo Online Banking. The name of the related package is shown next to each payment account.
How to request an additional debit card
Follow the steps
You will receive your debit card by post within three working days. Your PIN will be sent to you separately by post within two working days. You can see the status of your request under 'Outstanding items'.
Our debit cards have been updated
Our debit cards have a Mastercard or Visa logo and a new look, and offer more options.
Options for additional debit cards
If you have a joint account (also known as an “and/or account”), your first debit card and the additional debit card have the same settings. Only the PIN is different. You can change each card’s settings, such as the card limit and the settings for contactless payments.
Tip! You must first activate the additional debit card so that you can use it.
