We aim to make banking available anytime and anywhere. Is one of our services unavailable due to an outage? Use the options below to manage your banking in many cases.

Check your balance
You can check your balance in 3 ways:
Check the status of a payment
Check whether the payment appears in your list of incoming and outgoing payments. Do you not see the payment? Select More and choose Planned payments to check whether the payment was delayed.
In urgent cases
Contact us.
Make a transfer
You can make a transfer in 2 ways:
Arrange an urgent transfer
- In online banking
- By phone via Rabobank. This is not always possible for security reasons.
Good to know: an urgent payment includes a fee.
Check payment for an online order
You can check whether your webshop payment succeeded in 2 ways:
- In online banking or the Rabo App
Check whether the payment appears in your list of incoming and outgoing payments. Do you not see the payment? Select More and choose Planned payments to check whether the payment was delayed. - Contact the webshop
Call or email the webshop. They can tell you whether the payment was successful.
Place an investment order
Contact the Investment Service Desk. If there is a general outage in Rabo Online Investing, you can place an investment order here. How it works:
Reverse a direct debit
You can reverse a direct debit up to 8 weeks after it is debited. In most cases, you can wait to reverse it until the outage is resolved.
Is the 8‑week period about to expire and there is an outage?

Block a debit card or credit card
When you request a new debit card or credit card, we automatically block the old one. Indicate that your card is lost or stolen. Block and replace your card in one of the following ways:

Request a PIN for your debit card or credit card
You can request your PIN in 3 ways:
- In online banking
