Mobile identification
Once you proven your identity on a cell phone, you will no longer need to visit a branch.
Why do I need to provide proof of my identity?
As a bank, we must check the identity of our customers. This is why it is important that you identify yourself with a valid ID. This way, we know for sure that you are the person making the request and not someone else. Together, we help prevent fraud.
Privacy of your data
We keep your personal data as long as you are a customer with us. We do not use your data for anything else.
Mobile identification: how it works
Preparation
Photograph your identity document
Read the chip
Facial scan

Was the photo unsuccessful? Try it without glasses or headset, or change the lighting.
