Why do I need to provide proof of my identity?

As a bank, we must check the identity of our customers. This is why it is important that you identify yourself with a valid ID. This way, we know for sure that you are the person making the request and not someone else. Together, we help prevent fraud.

Privacy of your data
We keep your personal data as long as you are a customer with us. We do not use your data for anything else.

Facial scan

    Download the Rabo App. Have your ID card to hand. Use the original document, and not a scan or a copy. For identification, the app will need to have access to your camera. Have you accidentally not given permission for this? Change this in the settings on your phone and restart the app.
