I have lost the payment reference. What should I do now?
You need the payment reference in order to pay the Tax and Customs Administration. You can look up the payment reference using the Tax and Customs Administration’s search tool. You will need your tax assessment number, tax return number or decision number. This number is shown in the top right of the tax assessment or decision you received from the Tax and Customs Administration.
I have lost my tax assessment, too. What do I need to do?
First, find the correct tax assessment or decision in your Message Box (‘Berichtenbox’) on MijnOverheid. That document will show you what you have to pay, as well as the tax return number, tax assessment number or decision number.
