You can stop receiving paper statements or change the number of paper statements you receive. The statements are always available in the Rabo App and Rabo Online Banking. You can change the delivery method for your statements online.
We credit the interest to your interest account. This could be your savings account or another account you hold with us. You can view and change this account yourself. With a Rabo Deposit Account, it is not possible to select the actual savings account as an interest account.
If you want us to credit the interest to an account you hold at another bank, please contact us.
At the end of the agreed term of a Rabo Deposit Account or Rabo Goal Savings, we automatically transfer the balance and the interest to you. This balance will be transferred to your free booking account. This is the account number you have provided to us. You can view the free booking account and select a different account as your free booking account.
If you want us to credit the interest to an account you hold at another bank, please contact us.
With automatic saving, you decide how much money you will transfer from your payment account to your savings account, and how often this will happen.
With smart transfers, you set rules that distribute money between your accounts automatically. You can adjust more settings for smart transfers than for automatic saving.
If you want to set your joint and/or account in one name, you can arrange this yourself online. The remaining account holder will be exclusively entitled to the savings in the savings account. You must both agree to this.
If you do not use Rabo Online Banking, or you want to add an account holder to an existing savings account, please contact us.
