Check your digital or paper bank statements

Do you use Rabo Online Banking or the Rabo App? Take the time at least once every two weeks to check your bank statements. Do not just check your balance, but also who is debiting money and for what reason. For example, subscriptions and fixed charges. What if you discover an incorrect amount has been debited from your account? You can easily resolve it by reversing the transfer. If you see a suspicious debit, please report it to us immediately.

Check your payment account regularly

It’s a good idea to regularly check the amounts credited to and debited from your account. By regularly checking your bank statements, you know what amounts are being debited and by whom. If you see something suspicious, you can react right away and make sure you don’t lose a lot of money.
