Security rule 1: Keep the codes secret that keep your information secure

Scammers commonly present themselves as Rabobank employees in emails, text messages, on the phone, or at the door. But this is often not us, so don’t fall for this! Remember the 6 signs below, and prevent criminals from scamming you.
We will never ask you to:
- send or hand in your debit card
- pass on your security codes
- transfer money
- log in to Rabo Online Banking via a link in an email or text message
- scan a color code you have received from someone else
- allow us to take over your computer remotely
If you have any doubts, delete the email or text message, hang up the phone, or close the door!
