How to get support in English

Call or chat with an English-speaking advisor who will guide you through the onboarding process. Follow these steps:

Tap the round blue chat icon

Located at the bottom right of your screen. On desktop, the chat opens right away. On mobile, you can choose to chat or call us.

Prefer to chat?

When the chat starts, first let us know if you already have a KVK number. Select ‘Ja’ if you do and share the number, or ‘Nee’ if you don’t. After that, let us know you prefer support in English.

Prefer to call?

Tap the phone icon (mobile only). Please tell us you’d like English support at the start of the call.
