Pay securely with Apple Pay

You can safely add your debit card or credit card to Apple Pay. As your bank details are not stored on your device, they will not be shared when you make payments. You use your digital debit card with Face ID, Touch ID or an access code, so your payments are based on your unique physical characteristics.

You can make contactless cash withdrawals at a growing number of Geldmaat ATMs by holding your debit card or mobile phone next to the ATM’s special NFC reader and entering the PIN for your debit card.

You can remove a card from Apple Pay yourself. To remove a debit card, follow the steps below.

Open the Rabo App on your phone
Go to ‘Settings’
Select 'Debit cards, credit cards and Google Pay'
Click on ’Apple Pay’
Select 'Remove Apple Pay'
Click on the recycle bin next to the debit card you want to remove
Select the device if applicable, and click on ‘Remove Apple Pay’
Click on 'Yes'

To remove a credit card, go to the Wallet on your iPhone. Click on the credit card you want to remove and then 'More'. Scroll down and tap 'Remove this card'. You can also remove debit cards in the same way.
